Helio for iPhone
Helio is a household budgeting app for iPhone. You add expenses by hand, by voice or from a receipt photo, import a bank statement, and see where the money went, together with the people of your household.
Write to hello@heliofamily.com. Tell us your iPhone model, the iOS version and what you saw; a screenshot helps.
In the app: Settings, then “Delete account”, and confirm by signing in again. This deletes your sign-in and settings, and your household too if you are its only member. It cannot be undone. Details are in the privacy policy. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it first, as below.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Helio and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Helio signs you in with Apple or with Google. Use the same one each time; they are different accounts. If sign-in fails, check your connection, update the app and try again. If you used Helio 1.0 and are not shown your data, write to us from the email you used.
Does Helio connect to my bank?
No. You import a statement file (CSV or PDF) or enter
expenses yourself.
Who sees my data?
You and the members of your household. See the
privacy policy.
What is sent to AI?
Only after you tap Allow on the consent sheet: voice recordings, receipt photos, the
text of a PDF statement and your Assistant questions. CSV files stay on your phone. You can turn this off in
Settings.
How do I invite my partner?
Open Members in the app and share the invitation link. A link
can be used once.
I bought Premium on another phone.
Sign in with the same account and use Restore purchase in Settings.
