What this application is

Slobodianiuk Family Finance is a private, non-commercial budgeting tool built and run by Oleksandr Slobodianiuk, a private individual resident in Porto, Portugal. It is used by one household — its author and his wife — to categorise and analyse their own spending. It is not offered to the public, it has no other users, and no account can be created in it.

Whose data it processes

Only the account holders' own data. Each member of the household authorises access to their own bank accounts themselves, through their own bank's authentication, and can withdraw that authorisation at any time in their bank's app or by contacting the address below.

What data is processed

Access is read-only. The application cannot move money and never requests payment initiation.

Why

To produce a household budget and spending analysis for the household itself. The data is not used for profiling, advertising, scoring, training machine-learning models, or any commercial purpose.

Where it is stored

In a private Google Cloud Firestore database in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), inside the European Union, under a Google Cloud project controlled by the author. Access is restricted to the two household members. Bank credentials and access tokens are never stored in that database and are never placed in source control.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. The data is not sold, published, or passed to any third party. The only processors involved are the infrastructure providers named above — Enable Banking Oy, which retrieves the data from the banks, and Google Cloud, which stores it.

How long it is kept

Transaction history is kept for as long as the household wants its own records, since the point of the tool is multi-year comparison. Any household member may have their data deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR the household members may access, correct, export or erase their data, and may withdraw bank access consent at any time. Because there are only two data subjects and both control the application, such requests are handled directly.
