Terms of Service

Slobodianiuk Family Finance · last updated 16 August 2026

Scope

Slobodianiuk Family Finance is a private budgeting tool built and run by Oleksandr Slobodianiuk, a private individual resident in Porto, Portugal, for the use of his own household. It is not a public service, it is not sold or licensed to anyone, and it accepts no registrations. These terms exist because the account information provider requires a terms page; they govern the only two people who use the tool.

What the tool does

It reads the household's own bank account information, with each account holder's explicit consent given through their own bank, and presents it back to them categorised and summarised. Access is read-only: the tool cannot initiate payments or move money.

Consent

Bank access is granted per account holder, per bank, and expires on the schedule the bank sets — in practice about every 90 days. Any account holder may revoke access at any time in their bank's own application, which stops all further data retrieval immediately.

No warranty, no advice

The tool is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Figures shown in it are for the household's own information and are not financial, tax or investment advice. Bank statements remain the authoritative record.

Non-commercial

The tool is not operated for profit and provides no service to anyone outside the household.
