A free plan, open to anyone with a Google account on the web, or an Apple or Google account in the iPhone app. You load your own bank statements and the service categorises the operations and shows you where the money went. It does not connect to your bank and cannot move money.
The free plan is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind. It can change, have downtime or have mistakes. Check important figures against your bank's own statements, which remain the authoritative record.
What the service shows is information for your own use. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
AI answers, scans and transcripts can be wrong. Check amounts before you save them. Helio does not give financial, tax or legal advice.
You are responsible for the data you load and for having the right to load it. Load your own statements, or those of people who agreed to it. The data stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
You can stop at any time and delete your account and data yourself, from your profile in the cabinet, or by email. See the Privacy Notice for what is removed.
In the Helio iPhone app, Premium is an auto-renewing App Store subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews until you cancel; you manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings, and deleting your Helio account does not cancel it. Apple's standard EULA applies: Apple standard EULA. The free plan has 30 AI uses a month and the current month plus 3 months before it of history. Premium has no monthly AI limit (a daily fair-use limit applies) and full history. The AI features of the app use OpenAI, as described in the iPhone privacy policy.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the service or from relying on its figures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.
